    The Remote IT Support capability provides Lushsoft the ability to remotely view the desktops to see errors, provide advice, take control to remote fix problems, install files and perform administrative actions. This reduces downtime and the need for an engineer to visit site to fix common problems.

    Remote IT Support gives you the security and reliability of full-time computer support from a team of experts available to give advice, troubleshoot, remotely fix problems and minimise downtime.

    A Remote IT Support contract includes unlimited 8x5 telephone support as well as the remote hands on capability to fix problems without having to come to site.

  • Remote IT System Management

    The Remote IT Management option provides a support offering that ensures your computer systems are always running efficiently and potential problems are dealt with before they are even noticed by you.

    Lushsoft monitors and supports the IT Infrastructure constantly with alerts of potential problems being notified to the support team before they actually happen and with remote network access enabled Lushsoft can respond immediately to resolve support issues within minutes.

    The Remote IT Management option allows Lushsoft to provide updates to Anti-virus, system level patches, application patches and asset management.

    The Remote IT Management option includes Symantec Anti-virus as a managed service.

    A Remote IT Management contract includes unlimited 8x5 telephone support as well as the remote hands on capability of Remote IT Support to fix problems without having to come to site.

  • Telephone/Email Support

    Lushsoft provides 8x5, 8x7 or 24x7 telephone and email support for all customers. Trained to the highest industry standards, the support team are available to help in all areas of IT usage from problems with basic applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel through to diagnosing and fixing problems with all types of computer systems.

    In the event that the problem cannot be fixed over the phone or via email, customers are given the option to make use of the Remote IT Support facility or if necessary a site visit can be arranged to correct the problem, a one-off payment can be made if an onsite or remote support contract is not in place.

    Typically most help desk calls are resolved in under 15 minutes.

  • Onsite Support

    Lushsoft's support team are available to provide first class onsite support by visiting at a time most suitable to the client. Using highly trained staff that understand all areas of IT Infrastructure from printers, Apple Macintosh computers through to servers and desktop PCs the problems are dealt with as quickly as possible.

    Lushsoft can provide the skills that are needed to maintain and regularly check your IT systems without the need to have your own IT department. We also provide annual systems health checks to ensure your systems are as stable as possible.

    Onsite functions include systems configuration, troubleshooting, repair, system upgrades, general support and where necessary training. The only additional cost with an onsite support contract is any hardware required to repair the IT infrastructure.

    Both the Remote IT Support and Onsite Support options include remote connections to our alerting and monitoring system so that we can be alerted of issues and the status of your systems in order for us to proactively maintain your systems.

    Please note that certain types of hardware cannot be remotely monitored. It depends on the age and configuration of the system.
